Missouri Broadband Access Survey Economic Development (DED) and the University of Missouri (MU) are conducting a survey to better understand the needs for internet broadband access statewide. The survey asks households about existing internet use – devices, connections, and applications – and barriers to use such as financial obstacles and training and assistance needs.
