Mrs. Foster Graduated from Gem City College in Quincy, IL with a degree in business and Accounting. After a few years, she went back to school at NE Missouri State (now Truman State) and received her teaching degree. For her Masters Degree, she went to Southwest Baptist University. |

| Mrs. Foster was born close by
Elsberry in the city of Louisiana. She grew up just on the
Pike County line on Hwy 79. She has been teaching for 29
years. She has worked at Bowling Green and Clopton and has
taught 3rd grade and special education before settling in at fourth
grade. Mrs. Foster is married and has three children: Clinton 24, Clay 21, and Hannah 18. Besides her family, Mrs. Foster has two dogs and a cat. When Mrs. Foster is not with her family or teaching, she likes to work in the garden and she is a consultant for Pampered Chef. |
