Meet Mrs. Kientzy

Hello! This is my 10th year serving as your elementary school counselor. I really enjoy working with children. I earned my bachelor's degree at Culver Stockton College in math and taught at the high school in Elsberry for 5 years. I later finished my master's degree in counseling at the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
I have been married to Rick Kientzy for 14 years. We live on a farm near Silex. We have been blessed with 3 children - Maggie, Hank and Kate. I enjoy helping the kids with whatever activity they are involved in at the time. I love sports, especially playing volleyball and watching basketball and baseball. I am excited to be continuing my education, learning new tools in technology.
